Hello, I am Brenda Cuoco, Realtor for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage located in Chicopee, MA, formerly of the Wilbraham office.  I am a life long resident of Western Massachusetts. I was born and raised in Sixteen Acres section of Springfield, located on the Wilbraham and Springfield line.  After graduating from Cathedral High School, I enrolled at Springfield Technical Community College as Business major with a minor in Marketing.  I graduated with my Associate's degree in Business management. I then proceeded to work for two Fortune 500 companies for the next ten years in various management positions.

During that time, my husband and I built our home in Palmer and had two wonderful boys Antonio, 10yr. and Marco, 7yrs old.  Life had become hectic working 50 hours a week and quality family time was impossible. That’s when I decided to shift into the Real Estate business. This is the best decision I could have made! I enjoy the business and flexibility that it allows me.  I am a proven leader for my team where I am less concerned with financial success than I am about helping families. In the short time I have been a Realtor, I have helped more than 100 families and have become a  Multi- Million Top Producer in Western Ma catching up with the agents that have been in the business for over twenty year's in one of the toughest markets. This is truly impressive and I am proud of my own accomplishments. I love what I do and the results show it!

When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy cooking, gardening, landscaping, working out, fishing and most of all vacationing at the beach with my family. I also coach both of my boy's soccer teams and enjoy spending the time with them and their friends. I volunteer at Old Mill Pond school and belong on the Board of Directors  as Vice President for Palmer Soccer Association. I am a Certified Negotiations, New Homes and Relocation specialist. I am currently working towards my Brokers license to further my education as a top producer in our area.

I was born in Worcester, MA and have been a resident of Springfield, MA for the past 19 years.  I graduated from Central High School in Springfield and Springfield Technical Community College with an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice. I then went to work for Mass Mutual Insurance Company as a Case Manager.  I have been married to my husband Tim for 7 years. We have a sweet little boy named Nicholas who is 5 years old. After the birth of my son I left my full time career at Mass Mutual to be a stay at home Mom. It has been such a wonderful experience!

I genuinely love the real estate business and enjoy working with Brenda Cuoco. Brenda is just a wonderful person to work with, she is truly amazing at what she does and how she does it!
